And, can somebody explain, what's the deal with the "next" button?
I'm not sure what this guy does. First you land on the "Create Time Segment" tab, so I guess I can create a brand new segment for my use. If I click next , I land on "Schedule Dates" tab, which is basically the same as the previous tab minus the search facility (which I am yet to master). Clicking Next again brings me back to RFC with the dates. Ok, it's supposed to be a wizard, I guess, but user doesn't always go thru these steps. Is this the most screwed up UI in ITSM 7, or have I ignored to evaluate all the deserving contestants well, or am I just getting older and grumpier? And the "Next" button...should I honor it as the most useless and downright menacing piece of ITSM 7 or what? They are not working for me. I feel for that hapless guy the "user". But he is likely to blame it all on me. On CM 7, on a RFC, when you go to Dates tab and click on the "Schedule Assist" button next to the 'Scheduled Start Date', you get this "Time Segment Analysis" form, also known as "Schedule Assist". -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/CM-7%2C-Schedule-Assist-Window--Can%27t-set-Duration-for-Available-Windows---tp14764430p14765207.html Sent from the ARS (Action Request System) mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"
