Hi Listers, We have recently implemented an SSL certificate on our Midtier, all seemed to be working fine until we tried running reports. We use Crystal reports for this purpose but since implementing SSL it doesn't work.
We have followed instructions for configuring SSL in Crystal Reports (from Business Objects support site) but this hasn't worked either. Has anyone managed to get this working, can you offer any suggestions? We are running version Remedy 7, Patch 4 on a Wintel environment. Midtier runs on IIS6. Any help appreciated.
