Here is the goodbye message that he sent out just before heleft BMC. It
includes his contact info...

***************************************************
Happy Holidays! I hope you have a joyous 2007 holiday season and that 2008 is
better than 2007 turned out to be.

This email is to pass along updated information within the attached documents
and to pass along the notes from the two presentations that I conducted at BMC
UserWorld this past October. I really enjoyed meeting (and partying) each of
you who attended BMC UserWorld. I hope to see you again in Miami in 2008.

However, this email is also to inform you of my decision to leave BMC Software
on December 31st, 2007. I have had a great career with the company - living
through the latter years of Remedy Corporation, the dark ages of Peregrine
Systems, and ending up with my final stay within BMC Software. I was given a
lot of leeway and opportunity to grow within the company and to support each
and everyone of you whenever I could. My 9 ½ years with the company has been
an adventurous one that I will not forget. But I have decided that it is time
for me to move on to bigger challenges. I will be working for my own company
starting January 1st, 2008. My new company name is RMI Solutions, LLC. My
goal is to continue to provided education and consulting services, but also
provide guidance to each and every one of you as well.

The good news is that my updated files will continue as often as I can get them
out - or whenever the data is enough to warrant emails to be sent out. I will
still be available to answer your questions, guide you through some
customization questions, and more - the fee is still the same....... I will be
in the Columbia Training Center from time to time, helping BMC Software out by
covering classes when they need me. So you should still see me hanging around
the Action Request System - probably more often on the ARSLIST and other web
sites than what I have been in the past.

Starting January 1st, 2008, my new contact information will be:

Company Name: RMI Solutions, LLC
Location: Marriottsville, Maryland
EMAIL: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
PHONE: 443-812-9891

If you need to reach me after the 1st of January, please send me an email to
the above address. I am still traveling and it is still easier to catch me via
email than by phone.

I want to thank each and every one of you for helping me to grow within the AR
System community by sending me all of your questions and tips/tricks. Good
luck and I hope to see each of you in 2008.

Has anyone been in contact with Lenny Warren since he left BMC? Is he
        lurking on the list?

Just wondering since he had promised us the notes to his slides from a
UserWorld tutorial session, and I find that I still do not have them
        (when I need them).
