Hello All,
Has anyone had any success creating an incident from an email in ver 7.0.01?

I have successfully done it using the HPD:IncidentInterface_Create form,

Now, I want to be able to have external mid-tier customers be able to submit
via the SRM:RequestInterface_Create form, so when they access the mid-tier,
they can see their
submitted requests. From viewing the logs, it appears that the workflow that
sets the 'AppRequestIncidentID' is defective for the
SRM:RequestInterface_Create form.

Wondering if anyone else has overcome/experienced the same issue?
