Well...I have experience this numerous times over the years, and I must say...a single user suggesting you change your processes to adopt to their whim is arrogant. I personally have always given the user the option of living with it, or conform, they usually conform. That being said...I'm not familiar with any way to have Mid-Tier adjust the layout of the forms based on this higher DPI.
