Hi,

You need the oracle binary/executable. You can get those from the patch
download site.

Why not do a new installation and then use the AR API to copy your data
over between your servers? You can even install the two instances on the
same server. Move your license from the old to the new server and then do
the transfer.

You can use the RRR|Chive tool to copy your data over. You can do
incremental data transfers with RRR|Chive if you have lot's of data and
want to avoid downtime. For the incremental transfer you will  need to get
temporary licenses to allow both servers to be active simultaneously.
