Is the email process still running? You can check this with the 'ps' command.
If there's not, it's probably because there is no line for the email
engine in armonitor.conf
You can also check the email engine log file which is by default in
<remedy install dir>/AREmail/<servername>/. What date does this file
have? What's the contents?
you can start the email engine service manually by running 'emaild.sh
start' as a user with enough permissions, but you'll have to make sure
it starts whenever remedy starts by adding it to armonitor.conf.
