We've set up a web service on a form to allow the creation of a ticket.
The create works and the ticket IS created, but the ticket id is not
returned (a null is returned instead) Has anyone run into this, or
better yet - fixed it?
Our setup is: ARS v6.3 patch 23, midtier also v6.3 patch 23, using
apache and the ServletExec that comes with the mid-tier.
The form is a bare bones form - core fields only, open to Public.
The web service is all the default operations, and is also open to
Public.
The web service client is coded in .NET and it is included below. It
builds fine with no errors.
And, the mid-tier logs show a return, which is also below. But somehow
that doesn't end up in the client.
Any help would be much appreciated.
