Hello Everyone:
 
I have a user request to create a report of trouble tickets assignment
history. If I use the shortcut "Status History"
 
  
 
 
 
I can get a Crystal report like the one below, showing the Assigned
Group. The user wants to know about tickets that were re-assigned from
one group or individual to another more than two times. 
 
 
Does anyone know what HelpDesk table(s) contains these information?. The
report above is part of the Helpdesk application, I don't know where is
the source for this report.
