I have got a strange problem with my reports, I am entering my Date Ranges in Remedy user in (MM/DD/YY, MM/DD/YY), but when it is retrieving the records from the system it is considering as (DD/MM//YY) And some times query engine error. For Ex: I wanted to retrieve (1/2/2007 2nd Jan to 05/06/2007 may 6th ) it is giving the values from 1st Feb. to 5th Jun. What need to be done to come out of this problem. Thanks in Advance.
