Greetings List!

We are trying to setup something to identify tickets/requests which are
entered "out of hours". 

We are using Remedy 6.3. I tried enabling a Business Calendar, however, the
second tab never shows the fields- as if they are hidden waiting for an
action before they display. I'm afraid of changing any workflow for fear of
breaking the entire thing.

When this didn't work, I tried creating my own, however, the "TIME" Keyword
didn't work on just time (or rather the time entered to compare "TIME" again
didn't work- it changed it to a full Date/Time, which of course it ALWAYS
fires after that date).

Does anyone know how to work around this?
