That was the one dated 17 Aug 07 that said it was fixed in the English
language patch 003, and the localized patch 004.  I don't remember
details for a workaround, but maybe there was a later version.

If I recall, there was a product flash issued which containted the
offending workflow and workaround.  It should still be listed on the
documentation section of the support site.

We ran into this issue - it is a known error. The entries on the work
info form get set to "delete" and then nightly cleanup would trash them.
BMC corrected it in 7.0.3 if I remember correctly.
