The URLs I posted were wrong - they should be: http://<myserver>:8080/arreports/shared/config/configreport.jsp ,etc.

I have previously configured Tomcat for the mid-tier on different systems and I have that working no problem. I'm familiar with the process. So far on the Crystal box we have: 1.) Installed Java SDK 1.4.2 2.) Installed Tomcat 5.5 3.) Configured Tomcat 4.) Configured the Jakarta/ISAPI connector under the default website- if I go to the http://<myserver>:8080/ site I get the Tomcat default page exactly like I'd expect. 4.) Installed the ARWebReportViewer In theory now if I go to this url: http://<myserver>:8080/arsys/shared/config/configreport.jsp I should get the configreport.jsp file to come up and do it's thing - but that is not what is happening. I"m getting the "Page can not be found" error. We turned on browse capability for that directory so if I go to http://<myserver>/arsys/shared/config/ (note the difference in port numbers) I can see the files in there. This does not work if I have the :8080 exension on the end but my understanding of how this works was the Tomcat re-director was supposed to take care of that. At this point we're stuck and we could really use some outside eyes to tell us the obvious thing we're missing.
