That is interesting.

I was actually wondering if it was an "ARS" problem.

I have seen a condition where the View/table is renamed to a
"temporary standard" name (value like "name"_a or something like that)
then the new table is built and the data is moved between the two
tables and the "name"_a then deleted. Maybe there was a point in time
that the temp table/view name was not removed and that is what is
hanging the "create a view" for that form?

Another option/possibility would be that the RDBMS layer is messed up
at a permission level. Maybe the RDBMS user that the ARS server uses
no longer has the ability to create those objects? ( If other forms
can be updated/created then that can be ruled out.)

Maybe one of those possibilities will help?

I would suggest that you watch the SQL logs (and maybe even at the
RDBMS layer instead of at the App server layer) to see what is
actually being done to the DB by ARS. That should show you the root
problem.
