I have a couple of questions about tasks and variables:
1) How does information get into system variables (used with task)? 2) If I can't put information into system variables (used with task) and it is not best practices to put information into global [task] variables, how do you pass information between tasks/task groups? Forgot to mention I am using AR 7.0.1 on Linux with ITSM 7.0.2 Patch 4 with Patch 9002 for IM (task management) installed.
