It could also be a problem of using something in the WSDL that Remedy
does not allow. i.e. Remedy does not accept the XML Array type.

** Try giving the proxy settings in File->Preferences of your Admin
Tool.

-Dhttp.proxySet=true -Dhttp.proxyHost=<host_name>
-Dhttp.proxyPort=<port_number>

Also make sure you have JRE installed.

        Hi all,

One of my friend is trying to access the WebService from Filter
(SetField
        action).

But at the time of loading it gives the mapping error like

"Failed to create internal mapping from wsdl" ARERR 7012

And the detailed message is something like "URI Not Found..."

But if the path is provided to the browser then it shows the
WSDL....

Does anybody know why this error is occuring?

        ARS 7.0,
        Apache Tomcat 5.0
        MidTier 6.3

        Thanks in Advance......
