Hello! I'm still using ARS 6.3. Is there a way to copy the groups names visible in the User Tool into another Tool via Workflow or do I really have to start a bunch of queries to the DB to figure out the Group name behind the ID?
The backgroud of my question is: I have a regular form, where the user is allowed to set the Assignee Group field manually, i.e. via the attached menu. When he changes the value however, I have to put the old Assignee Group string into the Diary field. I was trying to do this with a filter, but I have a bunch of IDs instead of the real group names... Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
