Hey Augusto, have you tried forcing the filter to ignore phasing? You shouldn't have this problem with active links, as they are not processed in phases.
If you suffix the name of the filter with `! then remedy will not phase that filter. For instance: HPD:Helpdesk-Filter would be HPD:Helpdesk-Filter`! For more information on this, you can read the Workflow Objects guide with version 7.x, or the Basic Guide (starting at page 576, pages 584 and 585 describe the naming convention mentioned above) with version 6.x.
