You can specify another change field action in the else action tab and make the 
field hidden. So there will be no need to write a separate active link to make 
the field hidden. Hope that helps.

BASIC: Execute on: Menu/Row/Level choice, Run if condition of field x = "some"
If action: change field to visible.
