Andy, Maybe your are lucky enough to not have this problem, but be careful of the "multiple answer" problem with this design.
What happens if one person should/could see "two views"? How will that user be allowed to switch between the views that they are allowed to see? (When needed?) Personally... I think this is one place where the ARS design of RDMBS design tied to the "Form" tied to the "View" (vui) starts to fall down. At the RDBMS level things like Views allow for "different" (subset/superset) of the RDBMS design _and_ for permissions separation between those views. ARS lacks this "permission for the vui" attribute and as far as I can tell, that is by design. I would vote (as if I have one for what your company does) for the idea that you give the user a control (maybe a menu, maybe a button(s), or a table field, etc..) that allows them to switch between all VUI's of the form. Because really, the VUI should not be a permission thing. It should be an "ease of use" thing. So why not let the user use the wrong view? ( It should only be able to "slow them down" and should not break the application in some way.) But that is just my two cents. ( I wish I could switch VUI's without opening the window again. So that I could switch VUI based on data in the row at "on Display" time.
