Is there a way to print the current ticket via a button on the screen? I know you can setup a report and accomplish this via a macro, but I just want to print the current screen-shot of the ticket. I tried using an AL with an Open Window and set the target to a temp field with the value of to-print: , but that does not seem to work. The Workflow Objects guide indicated you could use the Open Window action as I described above, but it does not print for me.
