Just loading the OS and Java patches will not be sufficient. The additional patch must be loaded. Looking at the documentation, it looks like we need to have the server LAN folks do some updates and we need to apply patch #21 to Remedy AR Server. Is this the only patch we'll need? Also, I tried downloading the patch from the Remedy Heritage patch site and get an FTP error that the download can't find the file on their end....sigh....
