Remedy has confirmed that these are defects and they have been logged as defect SW00290295.
I found some defects with Change / Task. 1. When I create a Change by selecting a Template that includes a Task(s), then I enter the Requested By and Requested For and save the Change record you will see that the Requested By and Requested For information did NOT updated the Task(s). 2. When I create a Change without using a template, then I enter the Requested By and Requested For information and then select my Task(s) and save the Change record you will see that the Requested By and Requested For updated the Task(s). 3. When I create a Change by entering the Requested For and Requested By, then I select a Template that includes a Task(s) and save the Change record you will see the Requested By and Requested For information updated the Task(s). However, you will see the Requested By Department and Organization are the SAME as the Organization. The Requested For appears fine. 4. When I modify a Change and modify who the Requested By and Requested For are, you will see that the changes do not update the Task(s). Hope this helps.
