Ron,

On my install I see that filter and it "looks" the same way as yours
does. (no execute on, no visible Guide to call) However, after looking
at the exported xml def file of the filter it is clearly trying to
call a Filter Guide called "WIPTMS:TAS:BypassedEvaluateSuccessor" but
it does not exist on my server.

The filter in question could be used in a guide... let me go check that....

The filter in question appears to not be used in any filter guide on
the application either.

So maybe the filter in question is just an artifact that should have
been removed before the product was released?
