I created reports using Crystal Developer XI.  I created parameters  
(selection fields) to allow the user to select the Remedy's Support  Groups.  
Similar 
to the Assigned Group in Remedy.  We are using AR  System ODBC 7.0.1 patch 006 
ar user client.  For some reason when the  parameter menu is selected, the 
support groups are multiplied, (possibly for  each ticket out there).  We only 
need to see the group name in the  menu.  Is this a known problem between the 
AR System 7.0.1 and Crystal or  is this configured incorrectly somewhere?
