You don't mention what version you're on - but if it is 7.x take a look at the license forms in AR System Administration/Manage User Licenses. There is a table on the form listing the currently connected users. From what I recall it uses the REMEDY.ARDBC.SERVER.ADMINISTRATION plugin. You could create a form with the same properties.
