Hello,

I have seen that our Help desk Cases Type problem are not automatically
closed because the escalation HPD:HPD-AutoClose has ($TIMESTAMP$ >
'Auto-close Time') AND ( 'Status' = "Resolved") AND (( 'IncidentID' !=
"Original" ) OR ( 'IncidentID' =  $NULL$ )) as condition.

It's standard or could be a customization?

If it's standard, it must be a problem manager who manually closes the
problems?

 Thank you.

Regards.

Oscar Brotons.
IT Consultant.
