Someone with more UNIX expertise should be able to verify this, but I
believe you just need to use the ">" function, as follows:
Run Process $Filed1$ > test.txt

if you wanted to sepecify a path for the file try this:
Run Process $Filed1$ > /app/remedy/TestLogs/test.txt
