To display all your items please check the product company association
and there will be a field called Assignee group which should be
defaulted to public.

Please make sure that this field is populated correctly.

Assignee group is a hidden field in the PCT: Product company
association...

Subject: RKM - Product Categorization fields limit

Good afternoon all,

I'm working with RKM 7.2, and found a problem that I'm not sure how to
get around. I integrated it with Remedy, and am trying to relate things
to Incidents. Everything works fine, except when I try to select a Tier
3 Product Category. For Tier 1 I select "Software" and Tier 2 is
"Application", but Tier 3, as a result of populating it with the DSL,
has thousands of records. As a result, my menu stops alphabetically in
about the G's. It would be nice if it had a search like Incident does,
but even barring that, I need some way to display all of the items. Any
suggestions?

Thanks,

Shawn Pierson
