Issue w/ CMDB ... Error when looking at CI w/ Asset Viewer/Admin/Config Privileges but works fine w/ AR Administrator Privileges

I get the following w/ Asset Viewer Privileges:

The CI Relationship Viewer could not open because the specified root CI does 
not exist.
namespace = BMC.CORE
classname = BMC_ComputerSystem
datasetid = BMC.ASSET
instanceid = AS001143dc3952Li62RAcPRnAQaE2L

If I login as an AR Administrator I do not get the error and can view the CI 
and all its relationships.
