Our client in McLean, VA is in need of a Sr. Remedy Architect. This is a contract position and the estimated length is 3 months. Here are the details: Job number: TS-045 Job title: REMEDY ARCHITECT Term: 3 months Location: McLean, VA Level: 7 years experience Description: * This individual will provide in depth knowledge and guidance to the completion of the set up and standardization of the asset management load into the Remedy tool. * Guidance will be in the optimal data model, optimal load mechanism and utilization of the Remedy Reconciliation engine. * Deliverables will be a logical and physical data model, load mechanisms and rules in the reconciliation engine. * This individual will approve all designs and the overall data model for the load to the tool as it relates in adherence to the ITIL model. Experience: Senior (7+ yrs) Skills: * In depth knowledge of the Remedy tool and it's various engines, workflow capabilities and deep knowledge of its data model. * Working knowledge in the Remedy reconciliation engine. * Experience in creating rules and optimizing the reconciliation engine. * Experience building the capability to capture asset information in Remedy and the standard reports related to Asset and Configuration management. * Experience in leading the implementation of Asset and Configuration management.
