Chapter 6 of the Administering BMC Remedy Email Engine (7.1) had enough info for me to do this for all of our ITSM 7 notifications - the attachment info is on pg 177. I'm using a 3 k gif so there isn't a push (yet) to host it centrally.

To see the image you have to right click on it and click on download and then you see the image. Is there anyway to embed these images in the email template form at all?
