Hello,

I did a small proof of concept using Remedy to export and Assyst's ACLI
tool to import into Assyst to create an incident ticket (one-way sync).
Assyst's ACLI tool seems to do whatever you need it to do, had a little
difficulty finding the documentation for each of the options but once you
do, I think it can be done. Mapping categories will seemingly be the most
difficult thing, unless you're already using the same in both Remedy and
Assyst. We evaluated a canned application from a vendor that did the
two-way synchronization (name escapes me). I can find it if you are
interested in that route (contact me offline). Their demo was pretty
good, small issue with attachment synchronization.

- Chris.

Subject: Assyst Integration with Remedy

Hi,

Can you please share your experiences on integrating Assyst ITSM Tool with
Remedy ?

Does Assyst have easy-to-use integration methods to exchange data with
other applications ?
Thanks
