I have a form that opens in less then 2 seconds when I use the Remedy 6.3 client. However, when I use the Remedy 7.1 client it takes 7.5 seconds. There are multiple API calls called /+EXP (ARExport) that is taking 3.5 seconds total. >From the looks of the log files it is using this call instead of the cached >form file.
