For Window resolution settings,right click on
desktop-->properties-->settings tab.
Try for your settings.

The problem can be resolved by setting AR User Tool-->Home Page-->
Administrative Preferences-->My Admin-->Window Location
The values for following fields should be---
Server Window = -137 99 1020 324 250 1
Frame Window = 143 52 768 537 1
Note--Check your Window Resolution Settings also.
