Not to my knowledge.

Nor is there a way to tell if:

)  the Advanced Search Bar is visible
)  any specific field is hidden or visible
)  what other forms are open (but that may be possible with window
events, but is just should not be that hard)
)  how many instances of each form(s) are open in the current session
)  if the user is logged into more than one ARS server at the same time
)  what screen resolution the user is using
)  what fonts the client is using (that may effect the display)


  ( for the User Tool )
)    Where the users cache folder is on the local system
)    If the user is using a preference server or not

And I am sure there are other items on this kind of a wish list too...
