Hello listers, I was wondering if anybody experienced similar issue. We have deployed Remedy web services, but facing an issue where if the web services are called 4 or 5 times in succession, the web server crashes and the client accessing the web service gets "connection reset" error. We have tested the same on our development environment running exactly the same version of Java, Tomcat and OS and on the development server we can make as many calls as we want and the web server does not crash. We have raised this with BMC support but (to our disappointment) they would not investigate, they only advised to upgrade to the latest patch (008) of mid-tier. Any suggestions appreciated as always.
