Louis, check your logs to see if you are getting any database errors at
the time. If so, trace down the first database error you get related to
the issue, and then note if you SQL Server, or if your windows server
were either one restarted at that time.

If so, you might be running into the same issue that one other person
and myself have had where remedy tries to start before sql server is up
clean.

It's just a stab in the dark, but it's something to rule out.

Thanks,

Subject: Reconciliation Engine issue

Good Morning List,

Quick question, is anyone seeing any issues with the Reconciliation
Engine
scheduled jobs? We have jobs running Monday through Friday @ 12:00 AM.
It
seems like every 10 to 15 days the jobs just stop. The jobs will run
again as soon as I restart the AR System and then it will follow it's
schedule for the next 10 to 15 days.

We are running AR applications v 7.0.1 patch 006 w/CMDB v 2.0, under
Windows Server 2003 and SQL 2005.

Thank you,
Lou
