TEKsystems is looking for two (2) Remedy Developers that would like to be stationed in beautiful Charleston SC for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity within the federal space. The opportunity is supporting a database upgrade to v7.1 and will run up to 3 years. This particular position will support a Department of Homeland Security program, the end client being SPAWAR (Naval Warfare Systems Centers). Job Responsibilities: Performs analysis, design, and development, of Remedy v. 7.1 ITSM. Analyze requirements and create design specifications to meet the project needs. Perform customization/workflow as determined. Develop new workflows, active links, forms, and escalations in the Remedy suite. Builds and executes unit test cases, as wells documents developer guides, training guides, user guides and support guides. Provide support to the Remedy applications end users. Research and recommend improvements to be made to Remedy applications. Basic Qualifications: * 3-5 years of Remedy development experience in 6.3 and 7.x. Plus Qualifications * Current secret level DoD clearance, although someone eligible for an interim clearance is certainly encouraged to apply.
