Hello, I am running an escalation on the Help Desk form that runs at a specific time with a RUN IF qualification of ( 'ztmpSub' =? $NULL$ ) AND ( 'Assignee' !=? $NULL$ )
Then push some X into the group field if? (Assignee = Joe Smith) or (Assignee=Jane Doe) or about 7 other names. I want to be able to modify selected old records at a specific time.? When the escalation runs, this hoses the server.?
