Fran, Turn on the User log files on the ARS server. It will log all of what your asking for to a file.
One word of caution. Depending on how you have your log file settings set (max size, make backup, etc..) you will likely need to use an external tool to "rotate" the log file regularly. (How regularly you ask? It all depends on the setting you choose and the activity on your server. Be very conservative by using a larger file size than you really want to and monitor for the actual size of the file getting close to that limit to know when you need to rotate more often.) The user log will even tell you when a Read(Floating) license is promoted to a Floating token too. (Which was not on your list, but likely an important thing to monitor. Also if you only want summary details about license usage (AKA: Independent of the specific user(s) involved.) then the Server Statistics feature might be helpful.
