Howdy Listers -- Does anyone know of a commercial product which allows the creation of Remedy tickets from the Parlano MindAlign chat product...? Any version, any platform.
I suspect that it is possible to build a custom solution, but I'm looking first for a canned solution. I'll also ask our BMC sales rep, and I'll track down some kind of contact with Parlano / Microsoft too.
