Hi I respectfully disagree with you dude.
I have been dealing with Rachel for over two years now but because I've been in a long-term contract (2+ years, several extensions) I haven't had the opportunity to work through her company. During these two years she called me near the expiry date of every extension. She has been quite professional and replied to every email and returned every phone call. Regarding the jobs in Germany, I was available few weeks ago, sent my CV to Rachel and she arranged an interview with her German client (a very reputable company in Germany) the very next day. I wasn't successful and I received an update phone call from her few days after the interview. The Remedy market has been quite for a while and I'm sure every time a job is advertised, the agency receives lot of emails, phone calls,...etc, which could be the reason for the delay. If I was you, I would pick up the phone and ask her what's going on.
