Hi, We have recently migrated to Remedy ARS version 7.0.1 and wanted to go to the Web access interface via Mid-tier.
I'm currently designing the main home page and I'm using the "vertical navigation" fields as my main menu to get access to the different forms...I'm using one active link in order to show this menu when I click on one button... what I wanted to do is that this "vertical navigation" fields get hidden as soon as I get out of the menu with the mouse.. I assume that in order to do that the only possible way is to use javascript and the "onmouseout" event. But I really do not see how I can code that in Remedy ... Does someone have done something like that.... What will be good to have at the end is if I go with the mouse over one button, the menu is displayed and if I select one item or if I get out of the menu with the mouse, the menu get hidden...
