My stupid mistake! I was working in our test system, but in the configuration I had "Report Server" set to the live system. The reason the report wasn't displaying the report was that the "Report" entry wasn't defined in the live system.
I seem to make that same mistake at least once a year. Some people just don't learn from experience. Sorry to bother everyone.
