Hi List, We are facing the need to authenticate users through LDAP.
As we don't have a server running LDAP we can't make tests. However to know if it is a possible solution to our needs, I kindly ask some questions. Thank you very much for any help! 1 - If more than one LDAP server is specified (AREA HUB), does this means that ARS will try authenticating to each one until there is a successful login or there are no more servers? Or does this means that ARS will try authenticate with one of them and do not try the others, even if the authentication fails? 2 - If I set, for example, Authentication Chaining Mode(under server information) to "ARS - AREA" does this means that first the system will try athenticating with the ARS server and then to each one of the LDAP servers in the AREA HUB? 3 - Is there any other configuration that we might need to perform or just configuring LDAP forms and server information?
