Multi-threaded escalation pools were first introduced in 7.1.00, so make
sure that you are on that version.  Versions prior to 7.1.00 had only
single-threaded escalation pools.

Subject: escalation server queue

How do you set up or add escalation server queue?  I just saw it on the
config guide that you can add server queues and on the diagram there was
a escalation queue but if I click on the drop down from the admin tool,
the only selections are Admin, Fast, List and Private.
