ARS 7.1 Patch 02 ITSM 7.x Oracle 10.2.g Windows NT 5.2 Hello listers,
Has anyone used the ITSM Data Management tool to import foundation data? I'm running into an issue where I can validate the data (4 Operational Category test records) however when I go to promote the data nothing happens. I've tried resetting the max filter settings back to system default (500,000) and deleted all of the records in the DLD:ThreadManager form and click on Promote however the Staging Status does not change to "All Data Promoted even after waiting for at least 30 minutes. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
