Hello listers,

Has anyone used the ITSM Data Management tool to import foundation data?
I'm running into an issue where I can validate the data (4 Operational
Category test records) however when I go to promote the data nothing
happens. I've tried resetting the max filter settings back to system
default (500,000) and deleted all of the records in the DLD:ThreadManager
form and click on Promote however the Staging Status does not change to
"All Data Promoted even after waiting for at least 30 minutes. Any ideas?
