We discovered something today via the help of BMC Support. If you are using web reports with IIS + BOXI + Tomcat it will work. If you install the ARWebReportViewer after you have Tomcat installed you can choose to not install Tomcat. If you do this the integration between IIS and Tomcat is not installed. Consequently, if you are using HTTPS it will not work because the integration between IIS and the Tomcat redirector, etc, doesn't work properly. So - if you plan on using HTTPS to secure web reporting/printing - it's best to install the Tomcat option along with the ARWebReportViewer.
