I'm looking for companies who have successfully implemented ITSM completely out of the box? (Except of course the usual Data Configuration Changes). What I am looking for is contact information for those companies that have successfully implemented the ITSM Suite out of the box with the normal Foundation Data configurations or any development teams who have successful implemented customized (external forms and workflow) that takes advantage of the API/Web Services interfaces with the ITSM Core Suite (No modified modules etc). Also; if anyone has successfully migrated from the HP Service Desk CMDB to the BMC Remedy CMDB product. Perhaps the answer se are available on a web site or list somewhere; but I missed it.
